Founded in 2006 by a Certified Public Accountant and a Property Law Attorney, Waveland Property Management, LLC manages over two thousand units and continues to grow in West Michigan.
Our professional staff includes maintenance and construction experts, a real estate broker, licensed real estate agents, and experienced rental and association managers providing comprehensive property management solutions under one roof.
We serve the entire greater Holland/Zeeland and Lakeshore area, as far North as Muskegon, South to Saugatuck, out toward Grand Rapids and everywhere in between.
